Terms of Service
These terms of service govern the mutual rights and obligations between SAMAT s.r.o. and its clients when providing digital services.
1. Basic information
Provider: SAMAT s.r.o., registered office at Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 52 942 198, VAT ID (DIČ): 2121232047, registered with the District Court Bratislava I, insert no. 144332/B, email: [email protected] (the "Provider").
2. Subject of these terms
The Provider supplies clients with custom digital services, in particular website design and development, web application development, custom internet solutions, integrations and automation, and other digital solutions agreed with the client.
3. Formation of the contract
The specific scope, price and delivery date of a service are agreed individually between the Provider and the client, usually based on a quotation confirmed in writing or by email by both parties.
4. Price and payment terms
The price of a service is set by agreement and stated in the quotation or contract for the specific project. Payment terms, including any deposits or instalments, are agreed individually for each project.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes to deliver services with professional care and to the agreed scope and quality. The client undertakes to provide the Provider with the cooperation and materials needed to properly perform the agreed services.
6. Complaints
Any complaints are submitted by the client in writing to the Provider's address or by email to [email protected]. The Provider undertakes to handle the complaint within a reasonable period.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the provision of services is governed by the principles set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The Provider reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
